- Gee - Turn right.
- Haw - Turn left.
- Gee over - Pass another team on the right side.
Vocab.[/color]
- Hike - Move out, Get going.
- Woah - Stop
- On by - Keep going, ignore it.
- Tug line - Line that connects the dogs to the tow line.
- Tow line - Line that connects the dogs to the sled.
- Trail - Request right of way.
- Lead Dog - Dog that runs at the head of the team.
- Swing Dogs - Dogs that run directly behind the lead dog.
- Team Dogs - Any dog other then Lead, Swing or Wheel dogs.
- Wheel Dogs - Dogs closest to sled.
