She’d get up, go to work, deal with people at the vets office - some that weren’t pleased - and head out to the pub. Perhaps she was lazy, perhaps she was tired or bored who knew. All she knew that as the sun set beyond the horizon she was once more headed out of the vets office with her dog Desiraye. Now sure, some would find taking your dog to a pub to be odd, but the fact of the matter was in Alaska.. In minneola, it was common occurrence. Everything it seemed was in walking distance in Minneola, and it was for this reason she left her truck at the vets office every night when she went to the pub. The walk back to the truck gave her time to sober up some, after all it wouldn’t due if the local chief caught her drinking and driving. This thought caused a smirk to play across Alyssas lips, how amusing would that be if dear ol cousin Alex had to arrest her for drunk driving? Shaking her head she pushed the doors open to the vet office letting her dog take the lead, knowing which direction to head in already. Alyssa paused long enough to lock the door behind her before trailing after her rather large Desi, watching in amusement as she bolted this way and that sniffing at things. Of course Desi never once set foot in the road, she went to the curb and turned back all the way to the pub. As they entered the establishment Alyssa took the time to scan the crowd, taking in who all was there and what dogs. Some dogs in Minneola really shouldn’t be allowed in public areas, but well there was nothing she could do. An invisible brow was raised when she caught sight of several dogs all off leash but so far none that were dangerous.
